The Support Services Assistant will work under general guidance to undertake a range of entry-level support service activities.
The role will perform general administrative functions as well as delivering professional and welcoming reception services to all participants, families, community members and visitors.
With support, the position will provide a key role to community in the provision of up to date and relevant community service information and relevant referrals based on presenting needs, taking into account individual circumstances and the service/community resources available.
To be successful in this role you will have demonstrated entry-level business/administrative support experience and the ability to follow established routines, methods, standards, policies and procedures to ensure quality and compliance are maintained.
Additionally, you will have experience in customer service to a range of internal and external stakeholders, organisational and time management skills as well as general office administration skills with experience in handling sensitive and confidential material.
