Our People Connect team have an exciting opportunity for an Associate to join their team on a permanent Part-time basis in Chatswood. Working Monday to Thursday during the hours of 10am-3pm, joining the Employee Contact Centre, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer service to internal and external stakeholders with HR enquiries. Reporting to the ECC Manager, this role will see you responsible for managing first level enquiries and troubleshooting issues as a first point of contact for stakeholders. This role will see enquiries stem from all areas within the Human Resources function such as super, salary sacrifice, annual leave, terminations, processing of letter of offers and background checks. Further, you will be a key resource of knowledge in dealing with enquiries regarding our HRIS system, Workday. Although this role is based in our call centre, this also supports other channels of contact such as email and online enquiries via our online portal.
As the successful candidate, you will draw from your previous experience in a customer service role and demonstrate the ability to work in a fast-paced environment whilst upholding an elevated level of customer service.
You will have at least 2-3 years’ experience in a similar role where you have dealt with large volumes of calls in a contact centre environment and while knowledge of Human Resources functions is beneficial, it is not essential.
Above all, you will be adaptable and work well under pressure. You will have the ability to multi-task and actively look for a solution for the customer whilst on the phone. Further, you will be a team player, demonstrate initiative and have a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
