Our mining operation provides you with the opportunity to live locally and go home every day or stay in our Village for your roster and DIDO. We are only 130kms from the Perth CBD and approximately 100kms from the coast. You will work an 8:7:7:6 roster so there will be plenty of time to enjoy the lifestyle this area can offer you.
What you will be doing
Your key responsibility will be to supervise and develop a crew of 21 operators and achieve safe, weekly drilling targets whilst ensuring progressive and sustainable improvements within the department that are consistent with our business goals.
Who you are
You will have significant supervisory experience in a large scale hard rock open pit mining environment. Your previous drilling experience will be highly regarded. A Certificate IV in Frontline Management, sound knowledge of Microsoft Office and SAP as well as a current C class drivers licence are essential.
