The Australian subsidiary of a global group has had strong YOY growth, but is behind global growth. Current sales is not that required and thus they need a transformational leader to remove existing obstacles. This is a fix-it opportunity for a successful Country General Manager, Country Head or Divisional CEO of a B2B, B2C business. Reporting to an overseas Board, you will have full P&L responsibilities. Some travel is required.

The ideal candidates will have:
· Advanced stakeholder management and communication skills
· Exceptional strategic prowess especially relating to sales and opportunity identification
· Ethics, trustworhtness and indsutry credibility
· Passionate and transformational leadership. Someone able to rally the people around a common vision, and game-plan.
· 10+ years in leading a substantial business
· Experience in developing national teams who have achieved stretch goals
· A business degree will be favourably looked upon
