We are now looking for the perfect candidate to assist our Temporary Division. This position is offered on a casual basis to begin with the potential to move into a Full Time role for the right person.
In this role you will be dealing with existing clients and staff. Specialising in hospitality will enable you to make the best choices for our clients and staff alike. It is a highly demanding role and you will need to be super organised, a quick thinker, make snap decisions and be able to keep a good sense of humour throughout!
You will be responsible for:
Candidate selection and rostering
Interviewing and identifying candidates’ skill set
Liaising with existing clients & understanding their requirements
You will need:
Previous experience in rostering and staff management
Hospitality experience essential
Willingness to work weekends and flexible hours
Computer Literacy ( Microsoft and WorkDesk ‘preferred’)
Able to work under pressure and short time frames
Great administration and organisational skills
Strength of a Lion
Gentle as a kitten
Organisation skills of a Sergeant
No time for lunch or bathroom breaks…..
