RHP Physiotherapy is a leading provider of physiotherapy services in Brisbane for over 25 years. We are currently looking for an exceptional individual to join our administration team and fill the reception role at our Kelvin Grove and Corinda clinics on a casual basis. The role will start with approximately 8 hours per week and increase to approximately 20 hours from mid-January during a maternity leave cover. The hours will be renegotiated in June 2018 for ongoing arrangements. This role includes a mix of morning and afternoon hours and therefore your schedule flexibility to cover a variety of shifts is a must (not suitable for school-hours-only availability).
Your essential attributes:
ü Long-term commitment to this role;
ü Ability to build rapport with people quickly and easily;
ü Exceptional communication skills (verbal and written);
ü Ability to multitask and remain calm and friendly under pressure;
ü Ability to take direction well and work as a part of our team;
ü A keen eye for detail and accountability for own work;
ü Proven experience of working in a reception/customer service role (transferrable skills may be considered, depending on previous experience and if solid customer service focus can be demonstrated). Please note, applications with large format retail experience only (e.g. Coles, Woolworths, etc) will not be considered due to requirements of this role;
ü Computer literacy, intermediate typing speed and accuracy with data entry;
ü MS Office skills (intermediate level considered an advantage);
ü Education, relevant to administration industry considered an advantage;
ü Knowledge or commitment to obtaining knowledge in area of procedures relevant to Allied Health and product knowledge relevant to physiotherapy;
ü Ability to work autonomously and unsupervised;
ü Passion for making a difference in people's lives;
ü Flexibility with your availability to cover occasional annual leave/sick leave of other administration staff - very important;
